Brooke Elizabeth Burns born 16 March 1978, is an American television and model. Burns' television career began in 1995, when she portrayed Peg, a character in the Spanish American sitcom Out of the Blue. Burns was a member of the Baywatch team in 1998. She then starred on Baywatch: Hawaii's second Baywatch: Hawaii version until her pregnancy caused her to end the show. Brooke Elizabeth Burns was an American fitness model, actor and TV star. Burns is best known for her role as Jessie Owens on the Baywatch drama. The most famous role she has played is Shallow Hal in the 2001 commercially-successful film.
